Personal Care Aides

We know each client has different needs. We tailor our services and programs to meet the unique requirements of each client. All personal care aides employed by Jzanus Homecare, Inc., undergo rigorous training.

Registered Nurses

Jzanus Home Care also provides supervision of care by Licensed Registered Nurses, who periodically visit our clients in order to evaluate the services provided and to make additional recommendations as needed.

Jzanus Home Care, Inc., established in 1992 is a New York State Licensed, Joint Commission Accredited Home Care Agency. Our agency is a professionally managed private organization that provides a wide variety of services to the public.

Our primary purpose is to enhance the quality of life of our patient’s by ensuring their safety and comfort in their homes.  The majority of our patient’s consist of the elderly and individuals with disabilities that need personal care services.

It can be difficult to select a home care agency provider for a loved one.  Our intake coordinators are trained to answer all of your questions and concerns and make the decision to select our agency an easy one.

All of our Aides are bonded and insured and are thoroughly screened and trained to provide the highest level of services. When necessary, our agency can provide full-time, live-in assistance to ensure 24 hour care and safety.  Our caregivers are specially trained to serve our patients with compassion, dignity and honesty.

Jzanus Home Care, Inc., also offers a variety of skilled nursing services to our patients.  This includes, but is not limited to wound care, pre-pouring of prescription medications, assessments, vital sign checks, blood sugar monitoring, and training.  Our experienced Registered Nurses also periodically visit our clients in order to evaluate the services provided and to make additional recommendations as needed. We service in Nassau County, Suffolk County, Queens, Brooklyn, and Manhattan counties.

Jzanus Home Care has been providing services to the public for over twenty years.  Our agency has contracts and provider agreements with Nassau County Department of Social Services, Suffolk County Department of Social Services, Nassau County and Suffolk County Office of the Aging, Title XX, The Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver Program, Managed Care Organizatons, MLTC’s, Department of Veteran Affairs, and various long term care payors.
